I showed up during the hours they had listed, but the place was completely closed. Kind of makes me wonder how accurate any of the info is if they can’t even keep their hours updated. Frustrating and definitely a waste of time.

I end up stopping by U-Swirl every now and then because it’s in a really convenient spot for me, especially after I’ve been out running errands. Parking has usually been fine when I go, which makes it easy to pop in. Overall, it’s not a place that really stands out to me, but it does the job when I’m nearby and want something quick. I’d say it’s a solid 3 stars...

The chairs were just too hard, and I never really felt relaxed the whole time.

I stopped in for a quick treat, the vibe felt off right away. The staff didn’t say hello, barely answered our questions, and seemed rushed—well, not rushed exactly, more like annoyed we were there, even though the place wasn’t busy.

The yogurt itself was fine, so it wasn’t about the food. But the attitude kind of ruined the whole stop for me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I left feeling unwelcome and probably wouldn’t go back

I was checking over my order and noticed something in the info didn’t look quite right, so I ended up sending a message to customer service. I wasn’t in a huge rush, so I just kept an eye on my inbox for a bit while doing other things.

The reply didn’t come instantly, but it also wasn’t such a long wait that I got annoyed. Once someone did get back to me, they were actually really nice and explained what I needed to do in a way that made sense.
I appreciated that it didn’t feel like one of those generic copy-and-paste responses. Everything got sorted out, and aside from wishing the response time was a little quicker, I had a good experience overall. I’d use them again.

It was fun enough for our party, but it was kind of a hot mess. Not total trash or anything, just not amazing and a little chaotic.

I stopped in hoping to find something a little healthier, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. Most of the options felt heavy, which was kind of disappointing. That part was weird because I expected at least a couple of lighter choices.

What they did have looked a bit picked over too. I guess it was still okay overall, but for frozen yogurt, toppings are a big part of the fun, so I left feeling a little let down.

The checkout went through okay in the end, but it felt a bit slower than I expected?? I also had to double-check my info twice because I wasn’t totally sure everything saved right. Not a huge problem or anything, just not the smoothest experience.

I really wanted to like it, but the whole experience just wasn’t great for me. The site felt clunky and kind of frustrating to use, and I kept thinking, why does this have to be so annoying? I expected better, to be honest. Would I go out of my way to use it again? Probably not.

Just a heads up, this really isn’t a great spot if you’re looking to relax for a bit. It felt cold, way too loud, and the whole vibe was kind of awkward. I ended up feeling uncomfortable and wouldn’t choose to sit here again

I stopped by u-swirl parking was kind of confusing at first because I wasn’t sure where the best spots were, but it ended up being easy. We found a spot close by within a few minutes. I could see it getting tighter when it’s busy, but for us it was totally fine...

The experience was good overall, but the wait was way longer than I expected. I don’t mind being patient when I have to, but this felt like I was being forced to practice patience against my will. Once things finally got going, it was fine, just wish it hadn’t taken so long...

I’ve been to U-Swirl a handful of times now, and just thinking back on each visit, it’s kind of been a different experience every time. One time everything was working and the toppings looked decent, but another time a bunch of flavors were out and the toppings didn’t look nearly as fresh.

I also remember getting different answers about prices and deals depending on who was working, which made it feel a little confusing. I kept giving it another try because I figured maybe I just caught them on off days, but at this point it doesn’t feel consistent enough for me to keep going back.

I stopped by U-Swirl thinking it would be a quick little dessert treat, but the prices caught me off guard. The base price didn’t look too bad at first, but once I added a few toppings, it climbed way faster than I expected.
I get that frozen yogurt places aren’t always cheap, but this just didn’t feel like a fair value for what I ended up with. I even tried reaching out with a quick question afterward and got what felt like a copy-paste support reply, which made the whole thing more frustrating.
Maybe other people won’t mind paying it, but I left feeling kind of annoyed. For that price, I expected a better experience overall, so I probably won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

I liked that U-Swirl had a few non-dairy and lighter options, which definitely made it feel more inclusive. That said, I had to look a bit harder than I expected to figure out the allergen info, and that made the experience a little stressful. If you have dietary restrictions, you can probably find something that works, but clearer labels would make a big difference. I left feeling like the options were there, but the process could’ve been a lot more comfortable

We’ve been running it every day and so far it hasn’t given us any trouble. Happy with it.

The loyalty program is fine, I guess. I do like earning points when I stop by, and the app worked okay for me, but the rewards take forever to add up unless you're there all the time. What bugs me more is how there always seem to be little policy loopholes, like certain discounts not applying when you think they should or rewards coming with extra conditions. It's not terrible, but I wish the perks actually felt more worthwhile

I tried the self-serve option it was a letdown. The whole process felt confusing and messy, and a lot of the extra steps seemed unnecessary. I expected it to be quick and simple, but it ended up feeling like more trouble than it was worth
